Boiler upgrade is a straight forward upgrade toa new Worcester Bosch boiler with new smart heating controls for homeowners only with a non-condensing boiler currently at the property
First Time Central Heating
First time central heating is exactly that. Rented or owned properties which do not have a central heating system to radiators. Homes with gas room heaters, fires, electric heating or no heating qualify for this grant
Hybrid Systems
Hybrid systems are a mix of a new gas boiler with a small air source heat pump. this systems also comes with the added benefits of solar panels to offset and electric used by the heat pump. This is also for owned and rented properties
